Many people in this age are over weight and not active. This is why I believe all kids should by involved in a sport to keep them health, play less video games, and have fun. Playing sports will help reduce the weight of many little kids. Having fun is the most wanted reason why kids should be in sports to me. But every thing that I say is very vital for kids our age.
Staying healthy is the first reason why kids should be involved in a sport. When you are in a sport you get moving and when you move it makes your blood smaller and thinner so mare oxygen and other chemicals that keep kids active can travel faster through the body. When kids are healthy it encourages them to get out and get moving. It also makes the kids excited about keeping healthy and get very involved in activity. This will also decrees the amount of kids that are over weight by getting out and burning more calories or stuff that your body doesn’t need.
Playing less video games is another reason why kids should be in a sport. This allows the kids to get out side and play instead of staying inside and staring at their screen like a little kid staring at a crazy ape at the zoo. Playing video games in my perspectives like you are just watching someone else be active for you. You can also be in sports acting like your favorite character. For instance you could be Nancy Drew or a sailor, and other stuff like that. Then you can actually get to be them and not control them like voodoo dolls in your game.

It is fun to be in sports because kids get to be with their good friends and make new friends to hang out with during your practice or just in general. It is also fun because kids could choose something that they didn’t have compete in if they didn’t want to face the chance of loosing. An example of that is dance. You don’t have to compete in dance but you can if you want to. With something like football you would have to compete or else you would let the team down. It is fun to compete because you get to show other people how well you do something. Competing is just another way to show yourself off and get an opinion on it. Also if kids don’t thing something is fun than they won’t want to do it again.

But I only listed the most important of them all.
